ROOF & GUTTER SEALANT C3 – 295ml
Just the job for fitting and fixing roofs for even the heaviest downpour, this rubberised roof and gutter sealant forms a permanent water-resistant and weatherproof barrier. It’s versatile too and will stick to most common roofing materials like bitumen, wood, asphalt, metal and felt. Use it to bed tiles, fit slates and flashing into position and repair guttering. It’ll help anywhere there’s a risk of water getting in.
You can apply this sealant in wet weather too as it will dry very quickly. It contains polymer additives that make it super-sticky too, even on materials like roofing felt. It’s also semi-drying, so under the surface it’s permanently flexible to guard against movement. As it has a high volume of solids, this product will fill gaps efficiently without any shrinkage.
